They're not going to go back to the drawing board.  There is supposed to be a final decision by the end of March.  These earlier meetings are the places you'd likely see it coming if they were considering anything else.[/quote]

A hypothetical scenario in which they voted no but had no plan for what they actually did want to implement? I'm not sure I even understand the question. Like if they were throwing a toddler temper tantrum or something?  It is their responsibility to select the boundaries, but you're wondering what would happen if they decided they were going to ignore that responsibility, vote no, and then wait for MCPS central office to come up with something else?[/quote]
