Getting promoted within your club from Tier 2 to Tier 1 also has a very low probability.  As has been said on this forum many times, clubs prefer to bring in “new money” at the top level by accepting kids from outside.  Based on this, I would be fine having my DS at a club that only has AD as their top team, until he is ready for HG and then I would have him tryout at other clubs. [/quote]

Keep telling yourself that. And then look at how many were promoted across the nation the past two years. Your player will be in college by the time your club is up for consideration. Clubs with only tier 2 are getting nothing different than they had last year in EDP. It’s all a branding ploy. [/quote]
