But families are making the choices that are right for them, and if FCPS cared they would change their approach. And if grades or scores were slipping you know the UMC families would change their approach or deal with it some other way. So it seems FCPS is making bad choices and families are adapting as they see fit. Not ideal but I don't' blame anyone for not making bad decisions for their families because FCPS is incompetent.
