All the hotel and tourism activity and valuable office buildings given our proximity to DC gave us the funds to have nice things other localities could only dream of. Arlington never had to ask if each household wanted to chip in $20 or $50 or whatever it costs divided by about 120,000 to fund this program. But if they did, the majority would absolutely say no.
