My nephew got surgery at UVA in fall 2020 and I paid for my sister to stay there for 3 nights so they could have a kitchen and space and be close to the hospital. It was $700 a night for the 2 bedroom suite there. There was not a football game that weekend (in fact I am not even sure they were having classes in person).
