NP here, I believe it. My nephew got surgery at UVA in fall 2020 and I paid for my sister to stay there for 3 nights so they could have a kitchen and space and be close to the hospital. It was $700 a night for the 2 bedroom suite there. There was not a football game that weekend (in fact I am not even sure they were having classes in person). So that is 5.5 years ago.[/quote]

There’s a Fairfield inn on rt 29 that is 2 miles away from the hospital that is much cheaper. You would have to drive though. People don’t like to make compromises. [/quote]

I stayed at the Omni in a suite this summer. It was not that expensive. $700 for 2 nights at the 4th of July. [/quote]
