I'm also an employee and parent.  I feel like I am watching Taylor destroy things in MCPS that are actually working. He's dismantling nationally recognized programs.  He's taking away positions of well-respected special education leaders.  He created cross-functional teams that no one seems to understand.  Most of all, I feel like he's not listening to feedback from the community.  He's good at glossy flyers and using buzzwords.  He likes making videos. But I do not think he's moving MCPS in the right direction.  [/quote]
