I’ve gained 30 pounds in 6 years eating almost nothing. I’m hoping the when I get to a certain age my metabolism will even out and I can go back to my ice cream. My favorite was plan vanilla with walnuts and banana and a little bit of either hersheys syrup or a good caramel sauce. Man that is so good. [/quote]
