Please don’t make statements that you know are not based on any fact. Whenever a school has a TO policy, the test scores of applicants are higher than that of other top ranked test required schools. Look at any school that was test req and then became TO and you’ll see the scores come down.

We’ll repeat it for like the 10th time on this thread. The CDS for each school has this information. Chicago’s percent of students submitting scores and the range of those scores is extremely similar to other top schools.[/quote]
For “like the 10th time” (or should I say, for the 25th time, as this more accurately describes Chicago’s selectivity rank), let Chicago share admit data on its current CDS like everyone else. Until they do, they don’t get the benefit of the doubt. The “Chicago-haters” are self-inflicted by Chicago. Point your animus and cause for your wasted breath where it belongs: UChicago.
