This joke shows your ignorance in religious subjects. In Catholic theoligy, Mary conceived without sin means conceived without the original sin (the tendency to sin that is innate to being human and is ‘inheritad’ from Adam after the rebellion to God). It has nothing to do with sexual intercontinental (like you imply with your joke). Go back to school (or at list use more Wikipedia and AI)[/quote]

No, it doesn't.  It's a funny joke.

While Mary was, according to Catholic teaching, conceived without sin, she also conceived Jesus without sin.  Mary wasn't married when Jesus was conceived, so conceiving him the conventional way would have involved sin on at least one parent's part, again by the definitions of the Catholic church. Mary was both conceived without sin, and she conceived Jesus without sin.

Of course, marital sex isn't a sin, according to the Catholic church.    So the above prayer would only apply if you're a heterosexual unmarried couple.  But it's still funny!
