The guy who cleared that spot has no right to it if they drive away. However, the car that takes over the spot might get keyed, deflated tires, a broken windshield or simply buried in new snow that gets watered and frozen. But maybe that's just in my home town of Pittsburgh[/quote] Lol, I grew up in rural New England so snow parking was never an issue but I quickly learned the rules when I lived in Pittsburgh.[/quote]
