Fwiw, you are right you can get a great nursing degree at a cheaper place but for others that doesn’t matter.  If you have the money and kid takes no loans (and some can offer kid best egg on top of that) it is great to get nursing degree from a school with lots of identity and spirit if that means something to you.  Every family’s calculation is different.  I dislike when this board assumes everyone makes the same calculations and choices.  Lots of different paths depending on life situation.[/quote]
