Honestly, I can't articulate it. I think about it a lot. Why do I care so much? My kid is going to be fine wherever he lands. He's a great kid. We're a great family. I've always been impressed by prestigious schools, I guess. Like if someone says they went to Princeton, I never, ever forget where they went.

That said, I live in a rural area, own a small business, earn 7 figures and went to a state school. I know other highly successful, high earning people and none went to impressive colleges. And yet...I feel very stressed out about where my kid is going to go to college in a few years. Wish I didn't feel this way.[/quote]
