I know that the Cleveland team was named Indians b/c of the first Native American Major League player was on that team from reading about it in a random John Bellairs book as a kid. I guess it would be weird if the dodgers changed their name to be the Duhame or the Igbo so even if its a good reason, its still offensive. [/quote]
