I got to you, didn’t I? What’s the fluff? The inflation data that you agree with? Are the Doge cuts fake? Maybe the fall in MoCo’s rankings? Do you think the fact that it never keeps up with inflation might mean it’s not all Trumpys fault but lack of diversity in the economy? Do you know how to argue? I’m not sure how Montgomery County government is involved in DOGE, can you explain that to me?

It doesn’t keep up with inflation because of the stability and our retirement and healthcare. People are willing to give up money for comfort.

I’ve lived here my whole life believe me it is way better than the 70s 80s and 90s.

DP. You don’t seem to understand how the economy works. Whether the county government had anything to do with DOGE is irrelevant. The effects of DOGE still weigh on the county’s economy. In addition, it doesn’t matter why federal salaries lag inflation (or wage growth in the broader economy). It just matters that they do.

Housing prices are falling. Rents are dropping. People ARE leaving. [/quote]
