This actually isn't true. The first part anyway, a lot of the people we know in FF who have high schoolers are trying to stay at Oakton but I don't think they'll win this fight because their argument is silly. In no way does Franklin Farm feel like part of the Oakton community. For example our kids play CYA, Loudoun, or Reston sports - I don't know anyone that does Vienna sports because it's too farm LOL! Our kids are in summer camp here, not in Oakton or Vienna. All their friends from activities are going to go to the new high school. All their friends from middle school are going to go to the new high school.[/quote]
