Can you please share your meal plan? I'm not sure what I could eat to get 700 calories in a day but not be starving all the time.
I don't have a meal plan. I skip all the meals and I only do binges. I tried to fight binges for 40 years and now I just leaned into them. I binge on eggs and egg whites, lean ham, prosciutto, tomatoes, various fruits and berries, meat, fish, sometimes cheese in some form. I get a tall latte from Starbucks frequently. I will also eat bites of various foods that family is eating etc. As I wrote previously, I know it feels like you would be hungry all the time but I was hungrier when I was doing (or trying to do) 1400/day) than on 700. it's kind of, when you start eating really little, food just kind of fades out as an interest. I don't think about it as much. whereas at 1400 I was thinking about it all the time. The other thing is, I think my stomach has become much smaller and I feel full with small amounts of food. So when I binge I binge only a fraction of food that I would have binged previously. I could not stop, it was never enough. now, if I binge say 400 calories of food, I feel like I am going to to explode and I don't eat for many hours after that. I am truly full and I am not even considering another binge (while previously I would be binging every 2 hours or so). The other day I was traveling and I had a regular restaurant meal of my once favorite food that I haven't eaten in a long time and I ate all of it. I was so full I didn't eat for 24 hours after that.
Why do you call eating 400 calories of food a binge? That’s just a meal. I’m worried about you, op, you have very distorted ideas of food and health. Also, if you’re not hungry for 24 hours after one big meal—you may be constipated. Do you poop regularly?
for me a meal implies a plan of what you are going to eat, putting things on a plate, sitting at the table. binging is when you go to a kitchen without a clear plan (maybe just first item), they you start sampling all kind of food randomly with no clear end point. almost all eating is done standing.
