Agree.
And Kacie is clearly there for fame but spiraled when she saw him and had zero chemistry. When she was breaking the news to him about not going to Baja, I almost felt bad for her while watching her go overboard on being physically all up on him while unsuccessfully trying to break up with him. You could tell she was just panicked that “they” were going to try to make her look shallow for dumping him because of his looks. Which she totally was—but she knows that would be a terrible look. So she way overcompensated.
Honestly, if Patrick hadn’t been such a desperate poser himself, the producers might have succeeded in villainizing Kacie and getting me to feel badly for him. Agree with everything except the bolded.  He applied to be on the show and wasn't recruited (very rare for the men).  I think he genuinely wanted a wife who didn't judge him for being an ugly asian because he was judged his whole life for that.  [/quote]
