Daily diet was basically coffee but no breakfast, soup for lunch, grilled chicken or fish with a huge salad for dinner. Ate fresh fruits/vegetables for snacks throughout the day whenever I felt hungry. I would also usually have some kind of low calorie protein snack before lunch. No bread, pasta, rice, or nuts. I’m no longer trying to lose, but have kept the weight off for several months now still eating healthy food but not counting calories.[/quote]
