I feel like she drops an album every 6 months. I still don't know what was on the last one. The one with fortnight? Girl is at risk of overexposure (haha)
A year and a half between albums. But, yea, overexposed. The last album is a masterpiece, so you should go back and listen to it. This one seems like one for the kids, maybe?
Thank you for the serious answer. So I only listen to what comes up on the radio and I agree with all the subsequent answers after mine above that her last album has not been played out yet. For the serious Taylor fans it sounds like they want to sit with the last album a bit. For the non-serious listeners like me (and a lot of the population), we're still hearing and enjoying Fortnight and Cruel Summer (had to look up which album that was from? Lover?) along with Billie Eilish, Sabrina Carpenter, and chappel roan songs that come out to the casual listener. In other words, she has to let us absorb and love some strong hits that the radio picks up rather than throwing out so much out there. I will go back and listen to the last album doing chores or something. But wanted to throw out the perspective of the casual listener (not that most of you guys will get that). This is too much too fast. But album execs won't care either since we're not the ones paying for songs or concerts!
