If your kid wants to participate, you get what you get and you don't get upset[/quote] I get how a kid gets into swimming because it likely started on a summer swim team and kids love hanging at the pool during the summer…but it’s all on the parent if their kid does hockey or skating. They don’t just go down to the local lake that freezes over and play pick up with their friends like they do in Canada or MN or other cold weather places. There are so many sports kids can play around here that they can easily play at a rec level without such crazy schedules.[/quote]
