You are out of line telling other parents this, especially when these protesting college students are proving to be on the right side of history. Israel is committing a genocide, and these students sniffed it a mile away. Your tribalism is smothering your sense of morality.[/quote]

No. These protesting students are proving to be ignorant. Israel is defending itself in a war Hamas started. If you took the time to look at the numbers you would learn that real genoicide is happening in other places in the world, but NOT Gaza.[/quote]

Done with genocide? Holding hostages is not a excuse for Israelis to be committing genocide. And the consensus among the vast majority of scholars of genocide, people who have spent decades actually studying the topic (including Israeli scholars!!!), is that Israel is committing genocde. No matter how much it pains you to admit it, Israelis are committing genocide against the Palestinian people.[/quote]

Again, HAMAS may be committing genocide but Israel is not. Hamas does not care about it's people. They care less than Israel who continues to take steps to warn civilians. Hamas started a war it can easily end, but instead puts it's people in danger. FAFO-- return the hostages![/quote]
You can insist on this until you are blue in the face, but Israel is committing genocide. You are not an expert in genocide, whereas the clear majority of PhDs who research genocide have come to conclusion that Israel is committing genocide. No matter how Hamas is behaving, it does not magically erase the genocidal behavior of Israelis. I think you may be intellectually incapable of understanding this, but try to wrap your mind around the possibility that the victims of Israel's genocide are still the victims of genocide even if you despise them.[/quote]
