26/27 won't be a "transitional year".  It will be the year teams change from BY to SY - period.  If there are going to be any transitional rules, they will be in 25/26.

This is why they should do something because if players are leaving to new teams for Fall 26 will they goto nationals with their BY team or new SY teams?

I mean, that is exactly what is going to happen. Heck, plenty of kids are cut from a team (or just leave) and still play with the team all the way through July. It is a little awkward for everyone but not a 'real' problem. [/quote]
