Have you seen the Ag Reserve? I know it’s the sacred cow around here but if you support keeping it you have to accept that one of the costs is higher housing prices. A lot of YIMBYs would deride this as sprawl, but if they had been around in the 19th century they would have opposed San Francisco and Denver because we already had St. Louis and Chicago.
