Ovidio Guzman Looez cut a plea deal on May 6th, 2025.

On May 9th 17 family members surrendered to authorities at the Mexican border. They all came with suitcases. People going to jail don’t do that.

On May 13th the DOJ announced they were charging all of the cartel leadership with Narco-Terrorism.
