It helps to see more of the video and not just the short clip meant to deceive people. “I will let go when I see the judicial warrant” He went hands on with a federal agent during an arrest. This is what happens. BTW, I saw men wearing items of clothing that identified them as law enforcement.

He has no right to insist to see a warrant. At this point I think we can all agree that these democratic lawmakers are making a scene in order to get arrested. Probably to raise their profiles. We see how that worked out for Ras Baraka.
That video shows the story. The politician was forcing his way into the immigration arrest.
You saw what you wanted to see, not the truth. He wasn't pushing. They were pulling him. The guy with his face 100% masked to the side of him clearly has his arms around him, pulling him forward.
The ICE agent said let go. Mr. Lander said he would let go when he was shown a warrant. The officers gave him time to comply and he did not. Putting your hands on an ICE agent to interfere with an arrest is a crime.
Correct. And when you assault any federal law enforcement officer who has arrest powers, that officer has full authority to arrest you.
There was no assault of a federal office by Lander. That is just a total fabrication. The video is right there to see.
These people will lie to themselves, each other, and anyone that will sit still long enough to listen. Every one of these people gets falsely arrested or detained should be suing. At the very least we’d find out if they are rallying officer or bounty hunters. Do the bounty hunter scum have qualified immunity?
Suing the people who are running around falsely arresting people should be sued. Does anyone know what they can be sued for? Will ACLU take up some of these cases?
