With that aside, Iron Dome wasn’t built for ballistic missiles. The actual systems in use are David’s Sling and Arrow 2 and 3. No missile defense will be 100% perfect, so several have hit home. The damage hasn’t been that bad considering how many ballistic missiles have been launched. Three people killed and dozens injured so far.
