For the record, though the army has been planning a celebration for over a year, it was Trump who initiated having a parade and turning it into a North Korea type spectacle. And no, the US does not not normally have parades like this, typically our military parades focus on veterans or active duty rather than making a spectacle of our military weapons like dictator style countries do. It is as gross as Trump pre-screening the military for political allegiance to be allowed to attend his Fort Bragg speech earlier this week. [/quote]
