The lost a ton of talent at tryouts, and that was after losing unhappy players mid-season.  The club has no real leadership, just a bunch of egomaniacal coaches who [b]prioritize kick and run[/b] over development, retention, actual coaching or soccer IQ.  And CW is old and not at all what he used to be.  If they want to compete, changes need to be made at the top.  That won’t happen.[/quote]

No competitive team is developing anyone so put that notion aside but the kick and run is just not true about FVU. Try some other critique that can actually stick.
