I don't understand why you have Arlington in its entirety vs just signaling out OT of Alexandria. Arlington County is huge, and has plenty of sketch and ugly areas. Plenty. It should be North Arlington as 4. [/quote]

I live in North Arlington and tier 4 seems like a stretch. There are some very nice neighborhoods in south Arlington like aurora highlands. The schools are not terrible, it has plenty of retail, and a lot of walkability. [/quote]

South Arlington is changing or has changed. It should probably be in tier 2. A sizable amount of tear downs are now being offered at 900k+. There are quite a few homes being offered at the 2M and above and many from 1M to 2M. That’s definitely above being mid. [/quote]
