Completely agree, with the caveat that some new GA clubs have / will lost their top team players to ECNL clubs and so those GA teams have more second team players that ordinarily would be the case. Think older girls at SYC who went to Union during the former MYS / SYC partnership and younger girls at MYS who will go to Union (like the entire 2013 green squad), or older girls at NVA who are going to ECNL clubs next year because ECNL still has a better college platform than GA. This might happen once or twice but clubs will get control of the defections over time as long as GA continues to do well.

I don’t understand the parents who drive all kinds of extra time to join a marginally better team or league. When overall no teams in the area are competitive at the national level. Save your money and time. Play local and have fun.[/quote]
