Dropped objects hurt people every day and they are generally accidents.[/quote] You are still liable if you drop something from high above and it hurts someone, even if it was an accident. You think a construction worker can just drop a hammer on someone’s head from up above and bc it’s an accident he isn’t liable? His insurance/company’s would definitely be paying the medical expenses. [/quote]
