His 2022 opponent called for a moratorium on new voucher residents, with very good reason.  The program was broken then and has since spiraled out of control with multiple fatalities in those buildings, prostitution, and rampant drug use.  Frumin has refused to call for a moratorium, despite the issue become worse during his tenure. In fact, he appears to be a cheerleader for this program. [/quote]
