There are a lot of people who have way more dog than they need, and definitely more dog than they can handle. This includes toy breeds. You can try to make it about the breed of dog, but it's not, and smarter people will continue pointing that out. You either know how to handle dogs or you don't. He didn't. He made that clear. Twice.
