Cuomo remains ine of Democrats’ favorite Covid heroes.  The results weren’t oerfect, but the daily briefings were very butch.  Much more manly ans inspiring that Trump/Fauci/Birx.  A lot of non-New-Yorkers watched Cuomo’s covid briefings.[/quote]
I lived in upstate N.Y. 2020-2023.  By Fall 2020 New Yorkers were tiring of his verbose, self inflating briefings.  Then came the revelations about nursing home deaths and his sexual harassment (and lying).  He was extremely unpopular even in my “blue” town.[/quote]

Not really. New Yorker here. People like him, and are VERY happy to see him run for mayor of NYC. I don’t buy the nursing home death blame, and anyone who knows internal Dem politics at all know it was the left flank that took him down over the ‘sexual harassment’.
