The problem with sauted kale is that there is a single flavor: bitter. That's not going to be enjoyable. Something needs to provide balance. But the unprocessed food nuts are going to claim that the only preparation that is healthy is a big pile of raw leaves. If the medicine tastes bad, it must be good for you. [/quote]
