To stop, keep everything cool before you cook. Make the cookie dough then stick it in the fridge. Put the dough on the cookie sheet as fast as possible and handle the dough as little as possible. Then stick the sheet in the fridge for 10 minutes. Then stick in a preheated oven. [/quote]
