Not showering before bed is also gross, especially for younger kids who don’t always wipe well. My kids shower and put on clean cotton underwear and sometimes pajamas, sometimes just underwear and an undershirt to bed. The not wearing underwear because “needing to breathe” is a myth. Genitals don’t breathe. Plus there are pajamas and blankets over them, they aren’t getting fresh air circulation anyhow. Kids have never had a UTI or yeast infection. [/quote]
