The website is just about posting figures to the public who believes that any amount of money paid to government employees is too much no matter the % of the federal budget it takes up (which is maybe 2% of the whole budget). This is also a distraction from major red state industries like oil and gas as well as the auto industry conducting major layoffs and offshoring jobs.
