[/quote] I normally root for us to stay open as much as possible, but afternoon snowfall is the worst. Early release is great in theory, but elementary dismissal plans fall apart because parents haven’t truly got back-up care and parents get caught in traffic, and kids end up stranded well past regular time.[/quote]
