Wait… men always go in the front of class so they can perform? I thought they always go to the back so they can leer? Very confusing indeed.

I’m so appreciative of the 90% to 95% of women it would seem who are logical, well adjusted humans who are not preoccupied by who is in the class or the “vibe” they create, and instead are there to get healthy, flexible, and centered.

To the other 5% (hopefully much less as I feel like this thread has to be troll heavy)… I think you may not be practicing yoga correctly. The goal is to become more connected to your own mind and body. If you are preoccupied by who else is in the (co-ed) class, may I suggest you breathe (but for god sakes not audibly), loosen your carefully coordinated lululemon outfit to allow more blood flow to the part of your brain that regulates your batshit thoughts, take a sip off your Stanley cup of crazy, and drive yourself over to a gym that only allows women (if you can get through the crowd of men that are lined up at the door with cease and desist orders to be allowed into Shapes for Women) and see if that helps regulate your “vibe”.

Oh and to any dude reading this who has ever actually contributed to those women who feel uncomfortable because you’re guilty of perving, grunting, or being unusually gross, kindly get on the treadmill and set it to f@&k off. The rest of us are trying live healthy.
