The English language isn't a toy for contemptuous, teen girls who want to see how far they can push the envelope.

2. On immigration, I feel empathy for the families being separated, but not so much empathy that I can't logically understand that if you break the law and sneak into this country illegally, you should be sent back. Same goes for the argument over birthright citizenship. If you come here illegally or on a temp visa to ensure your child is a citizen, that should be revisited. Not a one of our European allies (those bastions of liberalism) allow birthright citizenship. One parent needs to be a legal citizen in most cases. I appreciate the chilling effect these steps will have on illegal immigration not because I fear immigrants, but because I believe in the rule of law.[/quote]
