[/quote] NYC eliminated their G&T program entirely. Seattle followed and did the same. California public schools implemented similar measures throughout the state. These moves have the effect of pushing the brightest kids (with wealthy parents) into private school, while diminishing the opportunities for every child left behind. If you want states and counties to pass School Voucher legislation, this is the way to do it.[/quote]
