It was rumored that Pelosi threatened  President Biden with using the 25th amendment to oust him if he didn't voluntarily resign. Who among us would not be angry if our spouse had been threatened in a similar manner.

Quite frankly, I believe that Biden would have won because we Dems lost millions of votes to trump because of [b]misogyny and racism[/b] as well as Democrats who simply chose not to vote.  It's a fascinating,"if" and we will never know.

Ridiculous.  Every bit of polling out there showed Kamala doing better than Biden.  She was immediately polling 6% better than Biden when she was selected, and raised a billion and a half dollars.  You need to find something else to blame.[/quote]

Much of that money was in the pot for Biden and transferred over. I think an open convention and a primary process shouldve happened  but the Biden administration was dishonest and kept the public in the shadows about how bad Biden's condition really was. I think Obama, Pelosi, Schumer and others were as gobsmacked as we were watching that debate. [b]It was obvious we were lied to by the president's inner circle[/b] and that it is a security risk for the country for Biden to continue on. I wonder who was reading his presidential briefings every morning. Surely, it was not Joe Biden.

Actually, I remember a lot of people talking about his mental decline.  It was obvious from watching him.  The press covered it up (“cheap fakes”) and said it was right wing “disinformation”.  Every democratic politician out there publicly stated that he was fine, sharp as a tack, including Kamala.  I think the complete dishonesty from the democratic apparatus and the press had quite a bit to do with the final outcome.[/quote]
