[/quote] If you were on official business in Europe and fell at an official event, I suspect you would get treatment in Landstuhl. I am pretty sure you would not get a special flight back to the US, but you might get a ride on a medical transport. DOD civilians in Europe are entitled to get health care from DOD facilities if they are stationed there. (They do pay for it with insurance and co-pays.) And, I am no fan of Nancy Pelosi. But, this was not out of the normal.[/quote]
