I love rails! I have some skirts from there. I think the issue is I must now pick a top look. The bottom is, although it is daring and not in keeping with the history of clothes, some kind of silk satin skirt and NOT a combat boot of any ilk.[/quote]

Pair it with a lightweight sweater. Maybe tuck the front in a bit and accent with a gold chain belt. For shoes, pointy flats in metallic or an animal print.
