Just not interesting, no matter how many lyrics to his song you post.
I am posting lyrics but not the person you were arguing with. Although I do find it ironic that you post such lame “I’m not interested” comments in a thread about the recent Dylan movie. If you are not interested, why post at all? I am posting lyrics to keep the focus on his brilliance as a poetic song writer. I was bit disappointed in the film (that was still terrific for the historical references and general acting) for not exploring BD’s human side enough … but I feel like his lyrics do that.
If the lyrics are great, we will find them. No need to force them on people. That just makes people less likely to give them a chance.
No one is forcing you to post pointless and inane “I’m not interested”comments on this thread. Just look away. At least PP’s lyrics are relevant to the thread. Also those lyrics were minimal highlights and barely scratched the surface of BD’s 40 studio albums, 21 live albums, 17 volumes of The Bootleg Series, 44 compilation albums, seven soundtracks as main contributor, 24 extended plays, 104 singles, 61 music videos, and 17 music home videos.
