[/quote] The city would need to build infrastructure and prep the land regardless of whether it is a stadium or 10 city blocks of new city living. So I don't mind taxpayers covering that cost. as to the stadum construction itself, that should be on the team, unless the city can get a favorable bond rating and a better lease deal as a revenue stream. The Nats park deal has worked out very well financially for the city. But football is a different value proposition.[/quote]
