Then again, bankruptcy is his MO.[/quote] I would say his approach uses "fiscal responsibility" to rope in a certain class of conservatives but (obviously) this has little to do with taxpayer money. It is mostly about disabling parts of the government that he wants to get out of his way. [/quote]
