If I'm not in jeans (for work) I'm either in yoga pants (home/errands) or PJ pants (home only). Life is too short for hard pants.
Wearing "hard pants" is what got me through lockdown without gaining weight. Soft pants with no breaking point are for pregnant women and for those who don't want to be aware of just how rapidly they are expanding.
Fact.
This is true. I never wore leggings except for cold weather running until a few years ago (lockdown times?) I started wearing them around the house and for walking and realized just how comfortable they are! Years ago the running tights didn't have big phone pockets and the new leggings do so it's easy to have my phone on me all day. But I only wear them at home and for outdoor walks. If I went to a gym, I could see wearing them to run errands after the gym. I've seen some styles that really cut up into the butt crack, I guess to accentuate the glutes??, and I would not wear those in public for any reason and would probably never buy that style because it doesn't look comfortable.
