That's literally the holding as it is described on the first page of the opinion. It had nothing to do with federal vs. state authority. As a practical matter, abortion has become a state-level issue, but that's not the holding in Dobbs. [/quote] Correct, there is no constitutional right to an abortion, so it is a State Issue. Read the 10th Admendment. [/quote]
